*Meals are not offered a la carte. If you have any special requests or requirements, please let us know at least 24 hours before the meal so that we may accommodate you.

**There is a 2 person minimum for all picnics. Although beverages are included, there will be no alcohol provided.
Terms and Conditions
These rates are based on one night, double occupancy. A two night minimum stay is required for summer, autumn foliage and special weekends.

House rate includes up to 4 people, any extra person is an additional $25 a night.

A 50% deposit is required at time of reservation and is fully refundable if cancelled at least a week prior to arrival.

We are a No Smoking establishment.

You may bring with you, and enjoy your favorite alcoholic beverage, served just the way you like it. Unfortunately, we cannot provide them.

Pets are welcome with a $50 refundable damage deposit. There is one people-and-dog-friendly cat outside and in the private quarters on the premises.

Check in time is 3PM and check out time is 11AM.

We accept most major credit cards, money orders, checks and cash.
